I purchased tickets online, but now I can't find them.
When you purchase tickets online, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets. Click here to have the confirmation email resent to the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Do you have any military discounts?
Yes. Friday, March 7th all active military, veterans, police officers, fire fighters, EMTs, and medical professionals get one FREE admission ticket with valid ID. Additional ticketing promotions are listed on this page HERE.

Are there wheelchairs available?
Wheelchairs are available for $20 and scooters are available for $50. Both are available at Guest Services, which is in the main lobby of the Convention Center.
Is there a coat check?
There is no coat check planned for this year's show. The Convention Center may operate their coat check area at their Guest Services, depending on weather and other events in the building, for $5.
Are pets allowed at the show?
The Convention Center does not allow pets. Exceptions are always made for leashed service dogs.
Are there ATMs available?
The Convention Center no longer has any ATMs on site. The nearest ATM would be at one of the nearby hotels, and can be reached by skyway.
Is there food available at the show?
Yes! We will have three food trucks with a variety of options, as well as concession and bar areas throughout the Convention Center.
Is there a plant sale at the end of show?
Yes! Selected plants and trees will be available for purchase from the landscape gardens at 5pm on Sunday. We recommend bringing cash, and something to carry your purchases in.

Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?
We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please visit the Will Call office prior to leaving the show. We will be happy to accommodate you.
