Are carpet, table and chairs included in my booth price?
No, they can be ordered through the Show Decorator Hubbell/Tyner or you can provide your own. Exhibitors are required to have a floor covering. Refer to the order form in the Hubbell/Tyner Service Kit that will be available online 6 weeks before the Show.

Is electrical service included in my booth price?
No, all electrical service is ordered through Exhibitor Services, Minneapolis Convention Center, and payment is sent directly to them. You will find their order form in the Hubbell/Tyner Service Kit that will be available online 6 weeks before the Show.

Can I sell my product from my booth?
Yes, exhibitors directly selling taxable products at the Show must have a Minnesota Sales Tax Identification Number; and, if you are required to have a state sales tax permit and you make taxable sales at the Show, you are required to have a Minneapolis permit also. Contact the Minnesota Department of Revenue 651.296-6181 or http://www.taxes.state.mn.us/ with questions.

Where do I park?
Parking ramps and meters surround the Minneapolis Convention Center. Hotels also offer public parking. Click here for map of parking.

What is your cancellation policy?
Written notice of cancellation is required at any time. If you choose to cancel your booth, you forfeit your deposit and are responsible for any remaining balance on the account.

Where is the Show Office?
The Show Office is located in Room 103A within Lobby D during move-in and for the the run of the Show.

Can I ship my display to the Minneapolis Convention Center?
The Minneapolis Convention Center does not accept advanced shipments. Hubbell/Tyner handles this. Refer to the form in the Hubbell/Tyner Service Kit that will be available online 6 weeks before the Show.

Is the Minneapolis Convention Center a union hall?
No, it is not. If you require labor you can order it through our Show Decorator Hubbell/Tyner. Service Kits from Hubbell/Tyner will be available online 6 weeks before the Show.
